2023-2024 Academic Year Foreign or Foreign Students Pre-Admission Announcement
Pre-applications have been opened for the undergraduate and associate degree programs of our university to admit students from abroad or in the status of foreign students.
Candidates who have graduated from a school equivalent to Turkish high schools and meet the following application requirements can apply to the programs of our University from abroad or within the scope of the foreign student quota.
Pre-applications will only be made online and no documents will be taken by hand for any reason.
All documents to be uploaded to the system must be originals or certified copies. Documents without seals and signatures will not be accepted, applications not submitted on time and applications with missing documents will not be evaluated.

Important notes
1- There will be no increase in tuition fees in the following years and the same fee will continue to be paid.
2- Studies for admitting students to the Faculty of Law, Oral and Dental Health, Computer Programming in the 2023-2024 Academic Year are continuing. Conditions for these programs will be announced later.
3) Pre-Application Process
1- Pre-applications are opened in the online application system between the periods specified in the quota for foreign students or foreign students in the student admission calendar.
2- Applications of candidates who only fill in the application form and do not upload the required documents to the system will not be accepted.
3- Candidates must fill in the application form with capital letters (excluding the e-mail address) and upload the required documents completely to the online application system.
4- The originals of the uploaded documents will be requested during registration.
5- Candidates are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the uploaded documents and declared information.
6- Candidates will be able to make three choices upon their request.
7- When making a choice, the order of preference should be made starting from the most desired program.
4) Documents Required for Pre-Application
1- High School Diploma: Certified copy of high school diploma, translated into Turkish by a notary public or certified by Turkish Foreign Representatives.
2- High school senior students are required to certify that they are senior students. (Notarized copy translated into Turkish or certified by Turkish Foreign Representatives)
3-Students who do not have a high school diploma grade of 60/100, 12/20, 6/10, 3/5 and above are required to take the valid exams. (YÖS / SAT / TQDK / EAACE / EGE / GAOKAO / ENT and UBT / KONKUR / UAN / WAEC)
4- Passport copy
5- Copy of Blue Card for those who have renounced Turkish citizenship.
5) Language of Instruction
The language of instruction at our university is Turkish.
6) Determination of Turkish Level
1- The Turkish level of the students is determined by the Turkish Exemption Exam to be held by the University or by the exams whose equivalence is accepted by our University.
2- Students who do not have Turkish language proficiency must take Turkish preparatory education for at least two semesters (550 course hours in total) within the University or in institutions authorized to issue certificates in this field.
3- Students who cannot obtain the qualification for exemption (at least B1 Certificate) at the end of the Turkish preparatory education are dismissed from the University if they fail after receiving Turkish preparatory education for two more semesters.
