Documents Required For Application

Candidates who graduated from high school in Turkey/ Blue Card Candidates or Foreign Candidates
|
|
- Original High School Diploma
|
|
- Official transcript, approved by the relevant high school directorate, showing the candidates' high school courses and grades.
|
|
- Photocopy of the passport and a copy of the Turkish translation of the passport certified by the notary public or Turkish representatives abroad.
|
|
- Certificate of identity register copy for whose become a Turkish citizen afterwards.
|
|
- Blue Card Photocopy for whose ceased to be a citizen of Turkey.
|
|
- Valid exam result with its verification code. (such as YÖS, SAT, etc)
|
|
- Bank receipt showing that the candidate paid the application fee
|
|
Foreign National Candidates Who Have Completed High School Abroad / Candidates with Turkish Citizenship or Dual Citizenship (One of the nationalities must be Turkish)
|
|
- Higschool Diploma: Certified copy of high school diploma, notarized or Turkish Represantatives approved copy of the diploma. (High school seniors are required to certify that they are senior students)
|
|
- A document stating that the absolute amount of high school education is completed through organized education.
|
|
- Official Transcript (Grade Status Document): This document show the lessons and grades taken by the candidates. Official transcripts must be approved by the relevant high school headships. The Turkish translation of the document must be approved by the notary public or by the Turkish Representations.

|
- Valid exam result with its verification code. (such as YÖS, SAT, etc)
|
|
- Photocopy of the passport and a copy of the Turkish translation of the passport certified by the notary public or Turkish representatives abroad.
|
|
- Photocopy of Blue Card
|
|
- A certified, stamped photocopy of your passport records and an officially approved document showing your entry-exit records are needed. Both should be approved from the police authorities for the semester you studied is required.
|
|
- The registration and graduation dates of those who completed high school abroad, and the document showing that they have studied the entire high school abroad. A copy of the Turkish translation approved by the notary public or the Turkish Representations abroad.
|
|
- High school equivalency certificate. (It should be obtained from Provincial Directorates of National Education or Turkish Foreign Representatives.) The document must contain a verification code.
|
|
- A photocopy of certificate of identity register copy to be obtained from the civil registry offices for those with dual citizenship.
|
|
- Bank receipt showing that the candidate paid the application fee
