Announcement for Pre-Acceptance of Foreign or Foreign National Students for the 2024-2025 Academic Year
Our university has opened pre-applications for undergraduate and associate degree programs for students from abroad or with foreign nationality status.
Candidates who have graduated from a school equivalent to Turkish high schools and meet the following application conditions can apply for our university programs to study under the foreign student quota.
Pre-applications will be made online (via the internet) or at our University Student Affairs Directorate, and all documents to be uploaded to the system must bear a seal, be signed, and have the original or certified copy. Applicants must fill out the application form in capital letters (except for the email address).

Quota information for programs that will admit students for the first time in the 2024-2025 academic year will be published later.
3) Pre-Application Process
1- Pre-applications for students from abroad or with foreign nationality status will be accepted within the specified periods in the student admission calendar, and applications made outside these periods will not be evaluated.
2- The originals of the uploaded documents will be requested at the time of registration.
3- Candidates are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the uploaded documents and declared information.
4- When applying for multiple departments/programs, the order of preference should start with the most preferred program.

4) Required Documents for Pre-Application
1- High School Diploma: Certified copy of the high school diploma, translated into Turkish by a notary or approved by Turkish Foreign Representatives.
2- High school equivalency certificate.
3- If high school seniors, they must document that they are in their final year. (Translated into Turkish by a notary or approved by Turkish Foreign Representatives)
4- At least one of the application criteria for success must be met. (Please click here for our University's Foreign National / Overseas Application Criteria)
5- A photocopy of the original passport will be taken after seeing the original.
6- For those who have renounced Turkish citizenship, a photocopy of the original blue card will be taken.

Determination of Turkish Proficiency
1- The Turkish proficiency levels of students are determined by the Turkish Proficiency Exam to be held by the University or by exams recognized by our University.
2- Students who do not have Turkish language proficiency must take at least two semesters (total of 550 class hours) of Turkish preparatory education at the University or at institutions authorized to issue certificates in this field.
3- Students who do not receive sufficient exemption (At least B1 Certificate) at the end of the Turkish preparatory education will be expelled from the University after two more semesters of Turkish preparatory education if they fail.
